Fill in a ‘pre-proposal questionnaire’.

…the questionnaire will be sent to you once you have booked a proposal. It should only take a few minutes to fill in. The form collects a bit of background information about you and your business. We do ask that you fill this in at least 24 hours before our proposal call.

Join the proposal call

…when you book a proposal call, you will be sent a zoom link via email. At the time of the call, click the link, and it will take you to our virtual waiting room. Grab a cuppa, and we will let you into the zoom meeting as soon as we have joined.

Book a proposal call..

The proposal call will last 30 minutes. We will produce a proposal, with a breakdown of price by services, whilst on the call. We will give you a brief overview of our business and learn about your goals and any challenges you are facing.

Together we will decide the services we can provide to help you:

  • Alleviate some of the challenges and stresses you are currently facing

Changing Accountant

We often see prospective clients who want to join Firmin & Associates but think changing accountants is complicated and not ‘worth the hassle’. In fact, changing accountants couldn’t be easier.
The only thing you need to do is inform your old accountant that you are moving. We can even provide you with a template letter to send to your accountant – It could be as easy as just signing a letter!
We will work in the background to ensure a smooth handover and will obtain all the information from your previous accountant that we require to take you on as a client!
